Last month, we were excited to open our Arts Center for the "20 Years of Heartworks" event! It's always a pleasure to partner with organizations making a difference in our community.

@heartworksnj is a local grassroots movement of women committed to replicating and sustaining the palpable kindness witnessed in the wake of Sept. 11, 2001. Founder Megan McDowell explained, "September 11th was a very public tragedy, but people live every day with private or less known struggles. I wanted to create a way of life that encouraged people to pay closer attention to these struggles and to the power of healing available through giving."
