Are you ready for Thanksgiving? Matheny’s high school students are!

In partnership with teachers and therapists, high school Classes 3, 4, and 5 cooked their way to a Thanksgiving Tasting last week. They utilized the Ellison machine press to design placemats, highlighting what they are thankful for. They then poured, mixed, cut, and blended their way to making butternut squash soup, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie, allowing them to enjoy new sensory experiences or tastes!
